This class is therapeutic as well as challenging. It's practiced in a heated room, typically between 93 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit. The yoga flows that link breath with movement are created just for you and are different each class. The teacher will guide the class through a series of postures before letting the student flow at their own pace. The flows are created to provide strength and stretch while presenting opportunities to reduce stress and calm the mind.
